Postgraduate Studies

In this moment I am studying industrial design and services, and when I finish my studies I would like specializing in several topics related to the industrial design.

The reason that I would like to take a postgraduate course is because I believe that I am learning many different topics of the industrial design and services but I want to choose one way and learn more about a single topic in the area of design.

If I had to choose what I would like to continue to specialize in I would be a postgraduate in Sustainable Design: Specialties in Product Design.

I would like to study at the European Institute of Design, where I can study in several European cities. I would like to know in depth the theme of sustainability into the design. 

Be able to know about the materials, learn about analysis and investigation with the approach in the preparation of a sustainable product, I believe that it is very interesting and important to create a better future.

POST 5

Right now Im studying Design at the University of Chile, Im in the third year of 5.

My specialty is Industrial and services design, it all about materials and hand work, research and exploration. I really enjoy the diversity of directions I can go, and if I have to choose one direction will be materials, and more specific bio materials. Using the nature it selfs it something that moves me. Bio materials are materials made of nature, such as bacterias, fungus, plants, seeds, etc. I always liked the idea of taking something alive and make stuffs out of it. I think my dream will be making bio textiles.    

Another direction I really like to go would be making clothes, but it would have to be avant garde fashion, no commercial fashion, because ill like to live as clean as possible and be a conscious human being against fast fashion.

I think travelling can increase my knowledge, and working with differents cultures can nourish me as a person and professional. And I can do that by working as independent but doing collaborations with other brands that are of my interest. This is the way I imagine my after college life, travelling all around the world, exploring the nature and making accessible, innovative and sustainable products to the people.

My favorite program of television are the Simpsons
I like the whole of life, what I consider a program very entertaining, comic, which is fiction and reality.
 The simpsons is a comedy series about the story of a family living in springfield, Homero(the father), Marge(the mother) and his 3 children Bart, Lisa and Maggie. 

They are a politically incorrect family and that reflects a satire of American society.
My favorite chapter is '' Bart's story '' of the simpsons season 30, this episode of the Simpsons shows what Bart's life was like since he was born until he is an adult man.
Bart had a great relationship with his grandfather and thanks to his grandfather, Bart became a great person and he can achieve all his dreams.
It is a very emotional and nostalgic episode.
The series debuted on December 17, 1989, more than 600 episodes have already been aired.

My Best friend

My best friend is Sebastian Yaite, I met my best friend at school.

We were in the same class at school, in the third grade.

I think we were about seven years old.

We have been friends since 2006 until now.

The school we met at was in the Sunnyland School in San Felipe, It was a new school, new friend, I didn’t know anyone and with the time we became  friends.

I consider him my best friend because he has always been there for me.

My friend knows me very well, We have a lot of confidence, my friend always advises me and he wants the best for me.

I have really good memories with him because it has been more than 13 year since we know each other.

The best memory that I have with my best friend is when we stayed all night talking about our friendship, our memories, our jokes and the most important is when we know we have had each other.

I think that without him my life wouldn't make sense and very different because I consider him part of my family, he is like a brother for me.

the best concert ever

I haven't been to many concerts because I live in San Felipe , but the concert I liked the most was in a bar in San Felipe.

I went to see Francisca Valenzuela, She is a Chilean artist, She is singer, composer, and writer. 

The concert was two years ago in the ‘’Aries’’ bar, on a Saturday.

The concert lasted two hours, I went to the concert because my friend Nayareth invited me.

Francisca Valenzuela has a lot of energy and joy, I like her voice and how she plays the instruments. 

In the concert She played guitar and piano.

In the ''Aries'' bar they set up a stage, lights and instruments.

The people were very happy, energetic and sang all the songs for the two hours.

The concert was very special and We had fun.

The concert started the 11 pm  o'clock and finished  1 am o'clock. 

This concert was very important to me because I really love Francisca Valenzuela and her music is very emotional and I almost cry.

A COUNTRY I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT

The country I would like to visit is Spain, because I like its arquitecture,the people, the cities, I think that the arquitecture is amazing because of its design, colors and materials for the constructions.

If I travel to Spain I would like to visit place like ''art and science city of Valencia''

The cities I would like to visit are Valencia, Madrid, Sevilla, Barcelona and Malaga.

My first destination is my favorite city, Barcelona because they say there are many shows, also for its beaches , gastronomy and more.

My second destination is Madrid, the capital of Spain beacuse I would be interested in visiting the mus
eums (National museum of the Prado, contemporary art in the museum of queen Sophia, the Sorolla Museum, the romanticism museum)

I would like to travel to Spain together with my friends.

I study industrial design in the University of Chile and I like to work in Spain someday.

Post 8 - A subject you enjoyed studying this term

A subject I enjoyed was ''Challenge in education''

Talk about education is very important

Thanks to the education moves the world

without education we would not act from reason, we would act from ignorance

The knowledge is everything

I like to talk about this because there are so many problems with regard to the education

they've always been but today they raise their voices

I think it's good to raise your voice when the system is wrong, very wrong

especially on a subject as delicate and important as the education of children and teenager

This class made me remember the school

I enjoyed going to school because I had good teachers

my teachers did entertaining activities in classes so that the students would not get bored

a good or bad teacher influences too much in the education of students

I think teachers deserve to be well treated and it's not wrong to demand their rights

it's good to reflect on what's going on in our environment and support those who need it

Post 6 - What's your favourite TVshow / film?

My favorite film is ''Divergent''

I like it because it shows a vision of the consequences produced by the global warming and wars, a humanity that was destroyed by the power.

It is a way of showing that what happens in the world can finish in a catastrophic future, and that it is what is missing to be able to advance towards a ideal world

Divergent is the film adaptation of Veronica Roth's book. It was directed by Neil Burger and premiered on March 21, 2014.

it's a trilogy and my favorite movie is the first.(Divergent)

Storyline  

In the world of ''Divergent'', humanity has suffered a devastating event and few have survived, the only survivors are from the city of Chicago.

This new city is full of very strict rules, which allows everyone to live in harmony, trying to avoid the problems that led them to wars.

 The young people of 16 years have been subjected to an aptitude test to indicate in what ''faction'' would fit (abnegation, Audacity, erudition, Truth, cordiality).

The protagonist Tris, is a different girl who can not fit into a single type of faction, so she is part of the so-called "divergents".

A  ''divergent'' person is regarded as a threat to the social orders. Is the reason why you have to hide their real results of the aptitude test in secret.

My favorite scene is ''The jump of Faith'' when Tris must jump out of a building without knowing if he died or survived.

My favorite phrase is «There is something deeply bad in removing the memories of the persons, it removes the memories of a person, and they change that they are»

In the picture you can see my pets in my house 

The mother cat is called ''Any'' Not very original name but is the first cat I had and I did not think any name, I'm allergic to cats,

Since I have cats the allergy has been declining,

The cat is my baby since August 2016.

In the photo you can see his face disappointing, hiding his face under his claw.

Their daughters are called ''Luna'' and  ''Sol''.

''Sol'' has bad character and ''Luna'' is very peaceful.

The dog you see there is called ‘’León’’

It was a gift from my brother's girlfriend, is a big blond dog.

It's a dog with a lot of force, likes to play with cats.

My pets are also part of the family, they get a lot of love.
